I am passionate about the impact of coaching, which is a straightforward, practical approach to making lasting changes in our lives.

My clients are all eager for change and willing to take action. They may be stuck in some aspect of their lives, but they have reached a point where they are ready to move on. I never cease to be amazed at the stunning changes people can make when they reach this point.

For me, the most creative part of my life started when I was 40; what better place than this from which to work with people who are eagerly moving forward on their life's journey.

Coaching takes place on the telephone. Clients who live locally to Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire are welcome to come for face-to-face coaching.
