My professional experience has evolved around the ICT industry, where I have worked in a variety of roles including training, management, sales & marketing, strategic business development and consultancy.

I first became involved in coaching as an extension of my lifelong interest in personal and organisational development.  Coaching is tremendously practical and the techniques of coaching are an invaluable addition to the professional toolkit.

I have always been fascinated by the diverse ways in which all of us seek success and fulfilment in our professional and personal lives.  I believe that coaching has a significant role to play in supporting individuals and organisations as they discover their own strategies for achieving success and find ways to translate their ambitions into actions and results.

Success is a very personal concept.  The meaning it holds for us is highly subjective and reflects our own unique experience of the world, our understanding and interpretation of everyday life and the values by which we conduct our daily business.

One of the great joys of coaching is its tremendous flexibility and scope of application.  It embraces diversity and recognises that each of us is perfectly capable of learning, changing our behaviour and moving forward in our lives without being told what to do.  A coach does not exist to recommend courses of action but to act as a catalyst to change.

As my time is currently fully committed I am unable to take on further clients throughout 2009.
